Project Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support project coordination activities for a Contract position based in Dayton, Ohio. This role will help keep project work organized by maintaining schedules, handling documentation, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks tied to active construction-related efforts. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, tracking multiple priorities, and providing dependable support to the broader project team.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate project timelines and help keep key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines on track.</p><p>• Support construction-related project activities by organizing records, updates, and team communications.</p><p>• Maintain and update master schedules to reflect progress, changes, and upcoming tasks.</p><p>• Scan, file, and manage project documents to ensure accurate and accessible records.</p><p>• Assist project managers with administrative tasks, meeting preparation, and status reporting.</p><p>• Monitor task progress and follow up with team members to help address schedule-related issues.</p><p>• Prepare and organize project materials, logs, and documentation for internal use.</p><p>• Contribute to process continuity by supporting project documentation updates and related coordination tasks.</p><p><br></p><p>For immediate consideration, call 937.224.8326.</p>
• Experience supporting projects in an administrative or coordination capacity.<br>• Ability to manage timelines and keep multiple activities organized at the same time.<br>• Familiarity with construction project environments and related documentation practices.<br>• Experience maintaining or assisting with master scheduling and progress tracking.<br>• Proficiency in scanning, filing, and handling project records with strong attention to detail.<br>• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.<br>• Solid organizational skills with a dependable and proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
