<p>We are seeking an independent and business-focused <strong>BI Developer</strong> to design, develop, and support reporting and analytics solutions that align with organizational needs and operational requirements. This role will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and deliver scalable BI solutions that provide meaningful insights for decision-making.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong experience with <strong>T-SQL, SSRS, and Power BI</strong>, along with the ability to integrate data from multiple platforms and systems. Experience in gaming, hospitality, or casino operations is a plus. <strong>Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with business users and leadership to understand organizational needs, reporting requirements, and data priorities</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions</li><li>Build and optimize reports using <strong>SSRS</strong> and interactive dashboards in <strong>Power BI</strong></li><li>Write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and data processes in <strong>T-SQL</strong></li><li>Connect and integrate the BI platform with multiple data sources, including:</li><li>Light &amp; Wonder systems</li><li>SQL databases</li><li>Excel and CSV files</li><li>Other casino operational systems</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting environments</li><li>Translate raw data into actionable business insights for operational and leadership teams</li><li>Work independently to manage priorities, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision</li><li>Support ongoing enhancements to BI architecture, reporting processes, and data accessibility</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Experience as a BI Developer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with:</li><li>T-SQL</li><li>SSRS</li><li>Power BI</li><li>Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions</li><li>Casino industry experience </li></ul><p><br></p>
