<p>A direct client of Robert Half is seeking a <strong>Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant</strong> to provide hands-on support and maintenance for a complex Oracle EPM Cloud environment. This is a highly visible <strong>functional/technical support role</strong> focused on day-to-day administration, enhancements, user support, and ongoing transformation initiatives across the client’s Oracle ecosystem.</p><p><br></p><p>This consultant will support a mature Oracle EPM Cloud stack that includes <strong>FCCS, Planning, ARCS, PCMC, EDM, Narrative Reporting, and Workforce Planning</strong>. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling operational requests, configuration updates, data feed maintenance, and light development work within EPM Cloud. Strong experience with <strong>FCCS</strong> is highly preferred, though candidates with deep <strong>Planning Cloud</strong> expertise and broader Oracle EPM Cloud experience will also be considered.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including FCCS, Planning, ARCS, EDM, Narrative Reporting, PCMC, and Workforce Planning</li><li>Respond to business-user requests through tickets and email, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing production support</li><li>Modify and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, mappings, and data integrations within Oracle EPM Cloud</li><li>Support ARCS and FCCS administration activities, including mapping updates, dimension changes, and data feed maintenance</li><li>Create and update calculation rules, metadata structures, and system configurations as needed</li><li>Partner with internal development teams on larger enhancement efforts and transformation initiatives</li><li>Support Oracle Fusion-related initiatives where applicable</li><li>Assist with integrations between Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle EBS 12.x</li><li>Communicate effectively with functional stakeholders while independently managing support priorities</li></ul>

<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience supporting <strong>Oracle EPM Cloud</strong> in a production environment</li><li>Experience supporting <strong>FCCS</strong> and/or <strong>Oracle Planning Cloud</strong></li><li>Functional and technical Oracle EPM Cloud expertise, including scripting and business rule modifications</li><li>Experience with <strong>ARCS administration</strong> and reconciliation processes</li><li>Ability to manage metadata updates, dimension maintenance, and mapping changes</li><li>Experience supporting enterprise financial systems in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, communication, and end-user support skills</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Oracle Fusion implementation or support experience</li><li>Experience with <strong>EDM</strong> and <strong>Narrative Reporting</strong></li><li>Background supporting <strong>Oracle EBS 12.x</strong> integrations or environments</li><li>Experience supporting transformation or optimization initiatives within Oracle finance environments</li></ul>
