Technician
<p>This is a contract to hire opportunity: </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of laser-based equipment.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues using standard tools and diagnostic equipment.</li><li>Utilize a voltage meter and other measurement tools to test, validate, and repair components.</li><li>Document service activities, repair actions, and parts usage accurately.</li><li>Support end-users by providing technical guidance and ensuring equipment operates efficiently.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and customer support teams to resolve complex issues.</li><li>Adhere to safety standards and best practices when working with laser systems and electrical components.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in equipment repair, hardware troubleshooting, or related technical field.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience working with laser systems or other precision hardware (preferred).</li><li>Proficiency using a voltage meter and other diagnostic tools.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.</li><li>Ability to work onsite and support evolving customer needs.</li><li>Associates degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.</li></ul><p><br></p>
