<p>We are looking for an experienced End User Migration Technician to join our team on a travelling basis. This is a long-term contract role that involves supporting hardware migration and installation tasks while ensuring smooth transitions for end-users. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware components across various platforms.</p><p>• Manage the setup and deployment of associated hardware, ensuring all systems are functioning effectively.</p><p>• Perform cable installation and ensure proper connectivity for end-user devices.</p><p>• Provide technical support for Dell Technologies and Apple devices, addressing user concerns promptly.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless hardware migrations and user transitions.</p><p>• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.</p><p>• Conduct regular inspections of hardware to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.</p><p>• Assist in training end-users on new systems and hardware functionalities.</p><p>• Respond to service requests efficiently, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.</p><p>• Follow established protocols to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.</p>
