<p>An established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial strategy and operations. This executive role will drive financial planning, enhance operational performance, and support scalable growth across a multi-entity or multi-location environment. <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in a senior finance or accounting leadership role (e.g., Head of Finance, Finance Director, or similar)</li><li>Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing month-end close processes</li><li>Proven ability to lead and develop accounting and finance functions within complex or multi-entity environments</li><li>Demonstrated success in improving cash flow through effective management of receivables, expenses, and operational financial processes</li><li>Experience supporting external audits, regulatory compliance, and implementing or enhancing internal control frameworks</li><li>Strong interpersonal and business partnering skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across leadership and operational teams</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally to drive process improvements and support the implementation of systems that enhance reporting, efficiency, and scalability</li></ul><p><br></p>
