We are looking for a Research Data Analyst to join our team in Charlottesville, Virginia. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to support marketing initiatives by managing data, conducting in-depth analyses, and delivering insightful recommendations. This position will also involve contributing to research efforts focused on sustainability standards and regulatory requirements.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.<br>• Perform sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential outcomes and impacts.<br>• Develop financial models to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.<br>• Create detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.<br>• Conduct research on sustainability reporting standards to support company initiatives.<br>• Analyze technology platforms and tools to identify opportunities for improvement.<br>• Investigate regulatory market requirements to ensure compliance and alignment with industry standards.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights.<br>• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to visualize and interpret complex datasets.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.<br>• Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>• Ability to manage and manipulate large datasets effectively.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data.<br>• Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards is a plus.<br>• Familiarity with regulatory market requirements and technology platforms is preferred.
