This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of developers while helping enhance both desktop and mobile experiences for a well-established organization.</p><p>The ideal candidate is passionate about modern web development, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and thrives in a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality user experiences.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality web applications and user experiences</li><li>Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the company’s technology stack and advocate for development best practices</li><li>Develop and maintain scalable, responsive applications across desktop and mobile platforms</li><li>Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in web and mobile development</li><li>Support and mentor junior developers while contributing as a technical resource for the team</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to scope, develop, and deliver projects on time</li></ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks</li><li>3+ years of experience with Vue.js or comparable JavaScript frameworks</li><li>Strong experience with MySQL and relational databases</li><li>Solid understanding of software design patterns and development best practices</li><li>1+ years of experience serving as a team lead, mentor, or technical resource for smaller development teams</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with AWS services such as CloudFront, Lambda, and S3</li><li>Passion for clean, maintainable code and development best practices</li><li>Experience working within Agile development environments</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Eagerness to continue learning and growing within modern web development</li></ul>
