If you thrive in environments where things are moving quickly, tickets matter, uptime is critical, and your work has immediate impact, this role will feel right at home.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Working On</strong></p><ul><li>Owning day-to-day Azure cloud operations, with a strong emphasis on reliability and performance</li><li>Supporting and resolving service requests and operational tickets across cloud and infrastructure environments</li><li>Leading Azure VM and legacy resource decommissioning efforts</li><li>Monitoring system health, uptime, and performance, and escalating issues proactively</li><li>Supporting hybrid and migration initiatives as workloads move into Azure</li><li>Partnering with internal IT teams during a transition to a new IT organization</li><li>Contributing to improved processes, documentation, and operational standards as the environment matures</li></ul>
