We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This role requires someone who excels in managing IT systems and maintaining high-quality client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide Tier 3 technical support for IT systems, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.<br>• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure environments for clients.<br>• Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, firewalls (Cisco SonicWall), and switching & routing.<br>• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and clear communication.<br>• Perform on-site visits to client locations several days per week, ensuring systems are running efficiently.<br>• Collaborate with Managed Services Provider (MSP) teams to deliver seamless IT solutions.<br>• Implement and troubleshoot Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory systems.<br>• Deploy and support Citrix technologies and Microsoft Exchange environments.<br>• Monitor system performance and execute necessary upgrades or changes to improve functionality.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering or IT support.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure technologies.<br>• Solid understanding of network components, including Wi-Fi, firewalls, and routing/switching.<br>• Experience working with Managed Services Providers (MSPs).<br>• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build positive client relationships.<br>• Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory.<br>• Working knowledge of Citrix technologies and Microsoft Exchange.<br>• SharePoint experience is a plus but not required.
