<ul><li>Hands-on experience in backend development with C# and SQL</li><li>Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and bug tracking tools</li><li>Solid understanding of Agile Scrum principles and their practical application</li><li>Experience with API development and working with Ajax for dynamic web functionality</li><li>Strong skills in debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance</li><li>Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code</li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills for team-based projects</li><li>Passion for staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies</li></ul>
