• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in conducting document reviews and performing gap analyses.<br>• Strong skills in ad hoc analysis and interpreting operational metrics.<br>• Experience in developing and monitoring budgets and ensuring financial compliance.<br>• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage teams effectively.<br>• Solid understanding of performance measures and program evaluation techniques.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, including report preparation and presentation.<br>• Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational performance.
