<p>We are looking for an experienced Fractional Controller to join our team on a contract basis in Asheville, NC. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in financial management and a focus on optimizing cash flow, overseeing capital resources, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to guide organizations through critical financial operations and processes and boasts an extensive career in Food and Beverage or the Hospitality industry. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee cash flow management to ensure the organization maintains a healthy financial position.</p><p>• Develop and implement strategies for effective capital management and resource allocation.</p><p>• Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.</p><p>• Manage and optimize financial systems to support the organization’s operational goals.</p><p>• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present findings to key stakeholders.</p><p>• Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and forecasting.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.</p><p>• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.</p><p>• Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard organizational assets.</p><p>• Monitor and evaluate financial performance to support data-driven decision-making.</p>

<p>• Extensive experience in cash flow analysis and financial planning.</p><p>• Experience in Hospitality or Food and Beverage is a plus.</p><p>• Strong expertise in capital management and resource allocation.</p><p>• Proven track record in managing month-end close processes and financial reporting.</p><p>• Familiarity with financial systems and their role in operational efficiency.</p><p>• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.</p><p>• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.</p><p>• Effective communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and influence stakeholders.</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.</p>
