Database Analyst
<p>We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to support marketing initiatives by analyzing data, creating dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights will be crucial to driving engagement and retention strategies within the organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collaborate closely with data scientists and marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that enhance member engagement and retention.</p><p>• Create and maintain dashboards using Tableau to visualize and analyze marketing metrics effectively.</p><p>• Translate complex member data into clear, actionable insights to inform campaign strategies.</p><p>• Evaluate data trends to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve issues proactively.</p><p>• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and member lifetime value.</p><p>• Partner with internal teams, including product and engineering, to ensure seamless integration of data-driven solutions.</p><p>• Apply problem-solving skills to address discrepancies in marketing data and develop corrective strategies.</p><p>• Utilize marketing knowledge to assess the accuracy of data and improve overall campaign effectiveness.</p><p>• Manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.</p>
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or database management.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Queries, and database objects.<br>• Strong expertise in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on analyzing marketing-related datasets.<br>• Solid understanding of A/B testing and experimental design.<br>• Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.<br>• Exposure to marketing concepts and the ability to apply a marketing mindset to data interpretation.<br>• Familiarity with high-volume member databases and AI tools for messaging or automation is a plus.
