<p>We are seeking a detail‑oriented <strong>HR Specialist</strong> to support our growing HR operations. This role will focus on employee relations, onboarding, benefits support, and HR process coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced using <strong>Asana</strong> to manage workflows, tasks, and cross‑department communication.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support day‑to‑day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HRIS updates.</li><li>Assist with employee relations matters by gathering documentation, tracking follow‑ups, and maintaining confidential files.</li><li>Coordinate benefits processes such as open enrollment, leave tracking (FMLA, ADA, etc.), and employee inquiries.</li><li>Manage HR projects and tasks in <strong>Asana</strong>, ensuring timelines, workflows, and stakeholders are aligned.</li><li>Maintain accuracy of employee data and support reporting needs.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, communication drafting, and compliance tracking.</li></ul><p><br></p>
