ERP Integration Manager

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of progressive Salesforce experience, including platform leadership in enterprise environments</li><li>Expertise across <strong>Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds</strong></li><li>Proven history delivering <strong>large-scale integrations using APIs, middleware, REST/SOAP, and robust data flows</strong></li><li>Strong fluency in Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, integration frameworks, etc.)</li><li>Experience with tools and practices such as Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, agile delivery, and environment governance</li><li>Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging everyone from executive sponsors to technical delivery teams</li><li>Strong understanding of data security, governance, large-scale change enablement, and global compliance practices</li><li>Bonus: Salesforce certifications</li></ul><p><br></p>
