We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Cash Processing Teller to join our team in Broadview, Illinois. In this contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and security of financial transactions, including handling customer deposits and preparing change orders. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to compliance standards, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:• Verify assigned tasks and inspect deposit bags to detect signs of tampering.• Process customer deposits while reconciling any discrepancies or out-of-balance conditions.• Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as state and federal regulations.• Detect counterfeit currency and suspicious activities, promptly reporting them to supervisors.• Meet or exceed productivity benchmarks related to deposit processing.• Accurately verify cash settlements and transfer funds to designated vaults.• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate them effectively.• Work independently to complete tasks without direct supervision.
