<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Controller</strong> to join our team on a contract basis. This position is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in the <strong>manufacturing industry</strong> and hands-on experience with <strong>SAP</strong>. You will oversee all accounting operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights during this engagement.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.</li><li>Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.</li><li>Partner with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.</li><li>Utilize <strong>SAP</strong> for accounting and reporting processes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>10+ years of accounting experience</strong>, with at least 5 years in a leadership or controller role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and manufacturing industry accounting practices.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>SAP</strong> is required.</li><li>Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
