Responsibilities:• Oversee month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.• Prepare and review audit documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.• Manage manufacturing cost accounting processes, including analysis and reporting.• Develop and maintain annual budgets, providing insights for decision-making.• Utilize standard cost accounting methods to evaluate and control production costs.• Create and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel to support financial operations.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial discrepancies and improve processes.• Support the implementation of effective financial controls and procedures.• Provide guidance on cost analysis to optimize business performance.• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies

• Proven experience in manufacturing cost accounting and standard cost accounting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced financial analysis. • Strong knowledge of audit processes and documentation requirements. • Experience in preparing and managing annual budgets. • Familiarity with financial reporting standards and compliance regulations. • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
