This role involves overseeing financial performance for construction projects, managing a small team, and ensuring adherence to company policies and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and optimize project profitability.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities of Project Controller </strong></p><ul><li>Act as the primary financial controller for construction projects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.</li><li>Oversee and manage a team of three staff members</li><li>Conduct project analysis to track performance and profitability</li><li>Review and interpret financial statements and project financials</li><li>Monitor productivity and identify areas for improvement</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and leadership to support financial decisions</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies</li></ul>
