• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.<br>• Expertise in document control, scanning, and compiling financial documents.<br>• Proficiency in month-end close processes and annual budgeting.<br>• Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting methodologies.<br>• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop high-performing professionals.<br>• Familiarity with internal controls and regulatory compliance.<br>• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.<br>• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
