<ul><li>Efficiently receive, examine, and process rebate applications according to established program protocols.</li><li>Ensure accurate data entry for all rebate applications within organizational systems.</li><li>Deliver superior customer service by responding to applicant questions and resolving concerns to create a positive experience.</li><li>Address customer billing inquiries, corrections, and final invoice reviews, maintaining prompt and precise updates to records.</li><li>Implement innovative solutions to accommodate customers’ unique needs, supporting long-term satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Oversee both incoming and outgoing communications for service, sales, marketing, and other client-related matters.</li><li>Contribute to marketing efforts to promote customer engagement and bolster retention strategies.</li><li>Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external contacts to resolve issues and maintain proper adherence to procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p>
