Contract Recruiter
<p>Our company is seeking a skilled Contract High Volume Recruiter to support ambitious hiring goals for a fast-paced business unit. In this role, you will use data-driven methods and technology-enabled tools to identify, screen, and manage a large pipeline of candidates for multiple openings.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand staffing needs and recruiting priorities.</li><li>Manage a robust candidate pipeline, reviewing high volumes of applications to quickly identify qualified candidates.</li><li>Post job advertisements, conduct resume screenings, and perform initial interviews.</li><li>Move candidates efficiently through the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and consistent candidate experience.</li><li>Leverage modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking technologies to enhance search effectiveness and productivity.</li><li>Stay informed on labor market trends, hiring challenges, and the latest technology impacting recruitment.</li><li>Assist with scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance throughout the process.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in high volume recruiting, preferably in a contract or fast-moving environment.</li><li>Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology platforms.</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.</li><li>Understanding of current labor market dynamics and hiring challenges.</li></ul><p><br></p>
