We are seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee full-cycle payroll operations in Bethesda, MD. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. <ul><li>Manage and process full-cycle payroll for a workforce of approximately 100–300 employees</li><li>Handle standalone payroll responsibilities, including data entry, audits, and final approvals</li><li>Ensure payroll accuracy, including wages, deductions, taxes, and benefits</li><li>Maintain compliance with applicable payroll tax laws and regulations</li><li>Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner</li><li>Partner with HR and accounting on employee records, benefits, and reporting</li><li>Support audits and assist with year-end processing (W-2s, etc.)</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency</li></ul>

<ul><li>4+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, including some standalone responsibility</li><li>Background in construction industry strongly preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li></ul>
