If you love turning raw data into clarity and creating systems that just work, this is your opportunity to make an impact. <strong>This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and deliver dynamic dashboards and performance visuals using <strong>Power BI</strong>.</li><li>Develop and maintain a robust <strong>SharePoint environment</strong> with forms, workflows, and documentation hubs.</li><li>Automate repetitive tasks and processes with <strong>Power Automate</strong> and Python scripting.</li><li>Clean, structure, and manage engineering datasets for reporting and analysis.</li><li>Create clear process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams to support operational excellence.</li><li>Partner with engineers to translate technical concepts into meaningful reports and tools.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal data governance and records management standards.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years' Experience as a Data Analyst, Reports Developer, or Business Systems Analyst.</li><li>8+ years' Experience with Power BI</li><li>8+ years' Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, formulas, and (preferred) VBA/macros.</li><li>8+ years' Experience documenting workflows and processes</li><li>8+ years' Maintaining and enhancing SharePoint sites</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with utility engineering datasets (substation, transmission, distribution).</li><li>Exposure to regulatory frameworks like <strong>NERC, ERCOT, FERC, and Texas PUC</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Python</strong> for automation and data cleanup.</li><li>Working knowledge of <strong>Power Automate</strong> for process optimization.</li></ul><p><strong>Contract Benefit Offerings:</strong></p><ul><li>Healthcare (medical, dental, and vision plans)</li><li>401(k) and retirement plans</li><li>Commuter benefits</li><li>Employee and vendor discounts</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li><li>And many more!</li></ul>
