<p><strong>DevOps Engineer</strong></p><p>Hybrid | Austin, TX | Contract-to-Hire</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This individual will partner with engineering and platform teams to improve deployment velocity, system reliability, and overall operational efficiency across cloud-based environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI</li><li>Manage and provision cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep)</li><li>Automate deployment, scaling, and system monitoring processes</li><li>Implement and manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes</li><li>Monitor system performance and reliability using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic</li><li>Collaborate with development teams to support release management and environment consistency</li><li>Maintain and optimize version control workflows (Git, Bitbucket)</li><li>Ensure security and compliance across infrastructure (secrets management, IAM policies, vulnerability scanning) using tools like Vault, Snyk, or Aqua Security</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis</li></ul>

<ul><li>4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure engineering</li><li>Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li><li>Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform strongly preferred)</li><li>Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)</li><li>Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell</li><li>Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems administration</li><li>Experience with monitoring and logging tools</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)</li><li>Exposure to serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)</li><li>Familiarity with microservices architectures</li><li>Experience implementing DevSecOps practices</li><li>Knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPCs, load balancers, DNS)</li></ul>
