<p>A global SaaS provider with more than 250 employees across North America, Latin America, and other regions is seeking a <strong>Senior Delivery Manager – Engineering</strong> to lead high-performance software delivery across distributed teams. For over three decades, the company has been a trusted enterprise technology partner in data-driven operational management, with customers in more than 50 countries.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p> The Senior Delivery Manager will be embedded within the engineering organization and will own the execution of global delivery practices, code quality, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires both technical credibility and delivery leadership, ensuring velocity, reliability, and scalability in a modern SaaS environment.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Drive technical execution including code reviews, CI/CD oversight, and architectural refactoring for scalability.</li><li>Manage delivery across global teams, ensuring sprint health, backlog readiness, and consistent velocity.</li><li>Establish and monitor KPIs such as PR throughput, automation coverage, bug resolution time, and utilization.</li><li>Partner with Product, QA, DevOps, and Data teams to ensure delivery readiness and release quality.</li><li>Introduce and scale AI-assisted development practices (e.g., test generation, productivity analysis, automated reporting).</li><li>Mentor senior engineers and delivery leads, manage performance improvement plans, and support hiring and onboarding.</li></ul><p><strong>Tech Environment (Experience With Some or All of the Following a Plus)</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Frontend:</strong> Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript</li><li><strong>Backend:</strong> .NET Core, C#, Node.js</li><li><strong>Data:</strong> SQL Server, cloud-based data lakes, modern analytics platforms</li><li><strong>Cloud & DevOps:</strong> Azure (or similar), CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Kubernetes</li><li><strong>Monitoring & Quality:</strong> SonarQube, API testing tools, automation frameworks, BI dashboards</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years in software engineering or technical program management, with 3+ years in delivery leadership roles in SaaS or high-growth tech.</li><li>Strong technical background with ability to review/debug production code.</li><li>Experience leading distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones.</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of agile delivery, cloud-native architectures, and CI/CD practices.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-driven development tools.</li><li>Strong communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Spanish proficiency a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Background</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in high-growth SaaS or transformation environments.</li><li>Exposure to intelligent automation, AI agents, or advanced data pipelines.</li><li>Track record in performance management, SLA adherence, and observability practices.</li></ul><p><br></p>
