Paralegal
<p>We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a long-term contract position that requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of legal processes, licensing, and contract administration. The role is fully on-site in Smyrna.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and review licensing and registration applications to ensure accuracy and compliance.</p><p>• Manage and organize legal documents, including contracts and registration forms.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to support the completion of the licensing project within established timelines.</p><p>• Utilize software tools such as Adobe and Microsoft Office to create and edit legal documents.</p><p>• Conduct research to verify information and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.</p><p>• Ensure all documentation is filed appropriately and accessible for future reference.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather necessary information and clarify requirements.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive legal information.</p>
• Proven experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Contracts Administrator.<br>• Strong knowledge of licensing procedures and registration forms.<br>• Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without extensive supervision.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation processes.<br>• Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
