In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations across a multi-floor property, maintaining high standards in customer service and facility management. This position requires strong technical skills, familiarity with systems like Corrigo, and a proactive approach to addressing operational issues. You will play an integral role in supporting corporate real estate objectives while providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage facility maintenance requests using systems like Corrigo to ensure timely resolution. • Collaborate with a team to oversee day-to-day operations across 22 floors, maintaining a seamless workflow. • Provide on-call support for emergency situations and ensure prompt incident reporting. • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure procurement processes align with organizational standards. • Assist in maintaining service level agreements and tracking key performance indicators to optimize facility performance. • Conduct proactive floor walks to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. • Support corporate customer management by fostering strong relationships with property occupants and stakeholders. • Facilitate the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with established procedures and policies while promoting a safe and productive environment. • Collaborate closely with the Facilities Manager to meet organizational goals and deliver exceptional results.

• Proven experience in facilities management or property management roles, preferably in a corporate environment. • Strong proficiency in using facility management software such as Corrigo or similar systems. • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with the ability to manage reporting and tracking tools. • Familiarity with proactive issue management and conducting floor inspections. • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Availability for on-call support and flexibility to handle emergency situations. • Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor coordination. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve organizational objectives.
