Accounting & Close Leadership<ul><li>Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes</li><li>Ensure accurate, timely GAAP-compliant financial reporting</li><li>Maintain strong balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations and review processes</li><li>Oversee general ledger activity, accruals, and journal entries</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Manage and mentor a small, experienced accounting team</li><li>Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement</li><li>Provide structure while empowering a capable team</li></ul>Operational & Process Ownership<ul><li>Identify and implement process improvements, controls, and efficiencies</li><li>Ensure accounting workflows are scalable to support continued growth and acquisitions</li><li>Maintain and enhance accounting policies and procedures</li></ul>Business Partnership & Autonomy<ul><li>Act as a key accounting partner to the CFO and leadership team</li><li>Operate independently on day-to-day accounting matters, particularly during periods of M&A activity</li><li>Support integration efforts for newly acquired entities</li></ul>Financial Reporting & Compliance<ul><li>Support audit and compliance requirements</li><li>Ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting processes</li><li>Assist with financial analysis and ad hoc reporting needs</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>CPA preferred</li><li>7–15 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership exposure</li><li>Experience in multi-entity or growth-oriented environments preferred</li><li>Prior exposure to PE-backed or acquisition-driven companies a plus</li><li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience</li></ul>
