This role will oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting, while collaborating closely with project managers and other team members. Responsibilities:• Manage all accounts payable processes, including invoice coding, processing, and payment issuance.• Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate billing on a monthly basis.• Administer weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.• Prepare monthly financial statements and collaborate with external auditors for biannual reviews.• Conduct bank and account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.• Handle quarterly tax returns and payroll tax filings.• Coordinate insurance audits and maintain compliance with insurance requirements.• Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee record management.• Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate cost coding and documentation.• Identify opportunities to improve budgeting and forecasting processes within the organization.
