A grant manager oversees the administration and performance of grant-funded programs to help ensure funding is managed effectively and in accordance with sponsor requirements. These professionals coordinate grant activities throughout the award life cycle, including budgeting, reporting, compliance monitoring and program oversight. As organizations face increasing expectations for accountability, financial stewardship and measurable outcomes, grant managers play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of grant-funded initiatives.Grant managers work closely with program leaders, finance teams, funding agencies and organizational stakeholders to manage grant portfolios, oversee program performance, and ensure program objectives align with funding requirements. Their efforts help organizations maintain compliance, meet reporting obligations and maximize the impact of grant-funded programs.
