Community Impact

At Robert Half, we’re dedicated to supporting the communities where our employees live and work. Our corporate philanthropic programs focus on education and workforce development initiatives, an extension of our mission to build successful businesses and meaningful careers. Additionally, Robert Half donates annually to the National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies of our global offices in support of disaster relief efforts. Robert Half encourages our employees to lead by example by volunteering and fundraising for causes meaningful to them. Every year, each part- and full-time internal employee can have their donations and volunteer hours matched up to $1,500, plus an additional $500 annually for select U.S.-based partners.

Signature programs

Year-round volunteerism

Robert Half encourages employees to give back and get involved in their communities through year-round programming centered around our key nonprofit alliances and themes such as well-being and mentorship. Our full slate of programming allows employees to connect with global colleagues and support our local communities. They can volunteer virtually, fundraise for a nonprofit or donate to a cause they care deeply about. There are many ways to get involved, including through our Employee Network Groups, hands-on volunteer events and engagement with our strategic nonprofit partners.

Season of Holiday Giving

Our Season of Holiday Giving program allows Robert Half employees to support their local communities from October through December. Projects range from collecting toys, food and clothing to organizing parties for children at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA). Since 2006, our employees and customers have donated thousands of toys and games, recently adapting their efforts to fulfilling wish lists and fundraising virtually for the BGCA and other nonprofits.
