You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve campaign operations, and deliver exceptional results.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop detailed campaign strategies and ensure alignment across systems and stakeholders.<br>• Document and refine processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.<br>• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues to optimize results.<br>• Provide guidance and training to marketing teams on leveraging MarTech tools and adhering to best practices.<br>• Execute campaigns using Iterable and manage audience segmentation through Customer Data Platforms.<br>• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies and tools.<br>• Utilize event technologies such as Swoogo, Brightcove, and Zoom to organize and manage customer events.<br>• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Qlik, and Mixpanel to track and present campaign performance.<br>• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful campaign delivery.<br>• Continuously improve marketing strategies by applying advanced analytics and metrics-driven insights.
