<p>We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for a contract opportunity to support a fast-paced creative team. In this role, you will help bring big ideas to life from concept through final production, contribute to the development of campaign branding, and ensure all creative work aligns with established brand standards. You will collaborate closely with creative leadership, digital and performance teams, and marketing stakeholders to develop and deliver compelling design materials across multiple channels.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Hybrid, with ideally 2 days onsite in either Mettawa, IL or Chicago Loop. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead or contribute to design projects from concept through completion, including ideation and execution in collaboration with cross-functional creative partners</li><li>Interpret creative briefs and translate business needs into effective visual solutions</li><li>Translate strategic objectives into engaging visual concepts aligned with brand goals</li><li>Execute strategic, on-brand design across digital, print, motion, paid social, out-of-home, and experiential channels</li><li>Develop creative content including brand identity assets, product launch materials, digital ads, presentations, signage, and more</li><li>Adapt and optimize designs for different marketing channels, including websites, social media, print, and events</li><li>Review projects carefully to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency before delivery</li><li>Build a deep understanding of the brand and express its personality effectively across mediums</li><li>Maintain consistency across all creative touchpoints and ensure adherence to brand standards</li><li>Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clearly communicate design rationale</li></ul><p><br></p>
