The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a mix of clerical tasks, phone communication, and testing-site support in a detail-oriented environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome visitors, provide front-desk assistance, and direct individuals to the appropriate staff or testing areas.<br>• Answer incoming calls courteously, respond to routine inquiries, and relay messages accurately to team members.<br>• Scan, organize, and maintain records and administrative documents to support efficient office operations.<br>• Perform general clerical work such as filing, data handling, and preparing materials needed for daily site activities.<br>• Assist with monitoring and supporting testing-room procedures by escorting candidates and maintaining an orderly environment.<br>• Move throughout the office and testing areas regularly to complete operational checks and provide administrative support.<br>• Help maintain office and computer lab spaces, including safely working around equipment in limited-access areas when needed.<br>• Support varying weekly schedules, including weekday and Saturday coverage based on site needs.
