This attorney will step into active cases and work directly with insurers and long-standing clients from day one, with the opportunity to build their own client relationships over time. The firm is seeking someone with at least 5 years of insurance defense or other transferable defense-side litigation experience who wants to continue growing their practice. This is a partner-track role with a reasonable billable requirement and a clear path to building your own client base within a supportive, respected firm. A book of business is not required.
