FINANCE MANAGERRobert half are the retained recruitment partner to an established and diverse automotive group, that due to continued success is now seeking to recruit a finance manager. This role reports directly to the Managing director, and has responsibility for a small team on site at the corporate head office in Heathrow. This is an excellent opportunity to take full ownership for the financials of a complex business with a vast asset base and group structure.Duties:<ul><li>Preparation of full monthly management accounts</li><li>Manage monthly payroll (outsourced)</li><li>Preparation of annual budgets</li><li>Review of actual results to budget and reporting as necessary to divisional management.</li><li>Customer billing</li><li>Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines</li><li>Management reporting as directed by the CEO.</li><li>Keep up to date with changes in regulations/accounting practices and successfully implement appropriate new initiatives</li><li>Preparation of year end statutory accounts and tax returns (in partnership with their auditors)</li><li>Manage relationship with external auditors within designated subsidiaries</li><li>Manage the relationship with our banks</li><li>Management of a team of four accounts staff</li><li>Establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>A highly competitive base salary of between £50,000 & £65,000 p/a based on the candidate's experience</li><li>A performance related bonus of up to 20%</li><li>5% non contributory pension</li><li>25 days holiday</li><li>Discount on automotive products</li><li>Other great benefits on application</li></ul>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
