<p>Robert Half is partnering with a high-growth private equity firm to appoint a Finance Manager. This is a broad, hands-on finance role within a lean but high-performing team. </p><p> </p><p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p><p>This is a unique opportunity to join a growing finance function within a boutique private equity firm. The role will work directly with the CFO, covering mostly accounting with some fund exposure and contribute to strategic growth.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day finance operations (bookkeeping, payments, payroll, expenses)</li><li>Coordinate with third-party fund administrators on fund accounting and reporting</li><li>Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (IFRS/GAAP)</li><li>Support VAT returns, tax compliance, and audit processes</li><li>Assist with treasury management and cash flow forecasting</li><li>Maintain financial models for performance tracking and analysis</li><li>Contribute to management and board reporting</li><li>Collaborate with investment and operations teams across jurisdictions </li><li>Identify and implement process improvements as the firm scales</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>ACA qualified (preferred) or strong ACCA with financial services focus</li><li>1-3 years PQE in industry, ideally within private equity or financial services</li><li>Strong technical accounting knowledge; IFRS/GAAP essential</li><li>Experience at a Big 4 firm or similar highly desirable</li><li>Experience with listed companies</li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Proactive, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a commercial outlook</li><li>Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
