<p><strong>Job Title: Finance Manager </strong><br /> <strong>Location: Leeds </strong><br /> <strong>Type: Full-Time | Permanent</strong></p><p>Robert Half Accountancy and Finance is recruiting for a growing PE-backed manufacturing business based in East Leeds. This forward thinking business has a global presence and the role on offer oversees their EMEA operation. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the business reporting and month end processes. The right candidate for this role will be proactive and detail-oriented finance professional. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate reporting, identifying and understanding variances, and supporting the development of team members to foster both individual and collective growth.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the accurate and timely closing of accounts in line with EMEA deadlines</li><li>Oversee payroll review and processing in collaboration with an outsourced provider.</li><li>Prepare weekly cash flow reports and forecasts</li><li>Manage weekly payment runs</li><li>Line manage and develop a develop a small team </li><li>Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations</li><li>Conduct detailed monthly and YTD variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.</li><li>Support group and local statutory audits to maintain compliance</li><li>Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to key stakeholders</li><li>Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong relevant experience Finance Manager or Senior Management accountant experience </li><li>Proven experience in financial analysis and management reporting</li><li>Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset</li><li>Deadline-driven with excellent attention to detail</li></ul><p><strong>What's on offer: </strong></p><ul><li>Salary: £60,000-65,000</li><li>Lucrative bonus scheme</li><li>Additional benefits</li><li>Hybrid work pattern</li><li>Flexible working hours</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
