<p><strong>This newly created Finance Analysis</strong><strong> r</strong><strong>ole </strong><strong>for a Growing Asset Manager firm paying £55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience with a Discretionary bonus, based in Heart of the City on a Permanent basis and operate 3 days in the office policy. </strong></p><p> <strong>Role</strong></p><p>As a Finance Analysis, you will work closely with the Head of Finance who is all about internal growth and development. Please find a brief outline of the role below:</p><ul><li>Preparation of the quarterly update of the projection model, including the production of valuation bridge analysis reconciling to previous quarters </li><li>Collate quarterly information on the business for the Reporting pack and Strategic pack for the shareholders, and board reports for the Senior Leadership team </li><li>Manage the company's projection model asset database to ensure that it reflects the status of the portfolio of rolling investments, leases and future growth opportunities to prepare an accurate valuation </li><li>Support the Pricing function with the valuation of new investments in the projection model </li><li>Support the Structured Finance function ad hoc requests in relation to the Projection Model and latest forecast assumptions.</li><li>Providing modelling support and analysis of new debt transactions </li><li>Assisting the Structured Finance Manager with the preparation of the annual Investor</li><li>Run ad-hoc scenario analysis in the Projection model </li><li>Respond to ad-hoc questions from the senior leadership team and shareholders </li></ul><p><strong> </strong><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>The Finance Analysis for this Asset Manager firm is ideally for the below</p><ul><li>Someone with experience Building Financial Models- (Will be a test)</li><li>Can be someone from Practice background or Industry</li><li>Someone who has the Right to work on the UK or on Youth Mobility Visa</li></ul><p><strong>Company</strong></p><p>The Finance Analysis will report into a hugely impressive Head of commercial who you will very closely on the day-to-day operations.
