Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Marketing Company in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Finance Manager for 3 Months.Role:Our client is looking for an immediate, interim Finance Manager to assist them for 3 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:<ul><li>Preparation and reporting of monthly management accounts, including analytical review of the results and communicating underlying trends to the FD.</li><li>Lead the development of annual budget and quarterly financial forecasts.</li><li>Review of nominal ledger and balance sheet accounts, including posting of accrual journals in line with budget and real time knowledge.</li><li>Review of accrued and deferred net sales in line with revenue recognition principals and preparation of journals</li><li>Monitor and manage the agency's cash flow to ensure liquidity and prevent financial risk and reporting to HQ - Munich on a weekly basis.</li><li>Oversee billing and credit control function</li><li>Lead year-end reporting and audit</li><li>Oversee WIP management</li><li>Sign-off payment runs and bank transactions</li><li>Ad hoc reporting</li><li>Lead charge ability and utilisation reporting meeting with annotated analysis and recommendations.</li><li>Reviews overhead budgets vs actuals. </li><li>Understands the requirements of cash flow for project work, assisting internal and external teams accordingly.</li><li>Helps drives commercial understanding and financial process throughout the client service team.</li><li>Work with clients on financial matters related to project budgets, invoicing, and payment schedules.</li><li>Completes Performance review meetings with direct reports and provides feedback on wider team when requested.</li><li>Helps support project teams, upskilling, training, inducting as required. Works with the Project team to ensure work is delivered to time, target and budget.</li><li>Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring their professional development and effectiveness.</li><li>Business Partnering: Working closely with the Managing Director and Heads of Departments, including their account management and operations team to provide financial guidance and support for commercial decision making.</li></ul>Profile:The successful Interim Finance Manager will either be Part qualified or Qualified by Experience.You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.Client:Our client are a leading Marketing Company based in London.
