Tami Ballis is a Managing Director at Robert Half Executive Search and is based in Tucson, Arizona. For over 2 decades, Tami has been in the Tucson Branch in operations, and has been recognized as an elite Top Performer throughout her career at Robert Half. Tami provides exceptional consultative support and takes great pride in developing relationships with clients to understand their key business needs.

Prior to joining Robert Half in 2000, Tami gained the insight as a business entrepreneur to understand the importance of the business infrastructure and culture and the direct correlation it has to the overall success of a company.

Personal and Professional Activities

Tami is an active leader in her community. Throughout the years she has participated in panels at the University of Arizona Eller Business College, an Advisory Board Member at Pima Medical Institute, as well as a Board Member for Pima College’s Back to Work Program. Tami is an active member of Tucson Leading Women, a group of local business owners. Tami is passionate about non-profit organizations and volunteers for events throughout the year, as well as fundraising and outreach.

When Tami is not working with clients to build their teams, she enjoys spending time with her family. Traveling, practicing yoga, and hiking are a few favorite pastimes. Tami is a graduate from California State University Northridge with a Bachelors in Communications.
