Neda Whitney

Neda Whitney is a Senior Associate specializing in the identification and vetting of executive leaders and senior-level, functional management professionals in the following disciplines: executive management, financial management, operations management, sales and marketing, technology, healthcare, legal, and human resources.

Based in the firm’s San Francisco office, Neda partners with our various Robert Half Executive Search Managing Directors and Principals, conducting searches throughout the United States and internationally.

Experience

Over the last five years, she has placed a variety of executive-level roles spanning a multitude of industries, including entertainment, consumer goods, retail, nonprofit, medical device, biotech, real estate, manufacturing, high-tech, healthcare, hospitality and start-ups. The experience of living abroad in her formative years has helped her develop a keen sense of cultural awareness, which has been a valuable asset to her when conducting international searches.

With over 15 years’ professional experience, Neda brings an interesting and diverse skillset, along with a strong foundation of business maturity to the role. She has a firm history of cultivating and fostering solid business relationships, which has helped her in identifying, attracting and recruiting senior-level executives in a variety of industries. Her consultative and targeted approach has resulted in the successful placement of numerous executive-level positions during her tenure with Robert Half Executive Search.

Neda is also part of the recruiting, training and developing of the internal Associate team at Robert Half Executive Search.

Personal and Professional Activities

Neda graduated from University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. She also holds a Master of Science in human resource management from Golden Gate University.
