Nancy Fox

Nancy Fox is a Robert Half Executive Search Senior Research Associate. Based in the firm’s Boston office, Nancy creatively sources executive leaders and senior-level professionals across a wide range of industries and functions. Working closely with the Executive Search Managing Director and Associate team to identify client needs, Nancy develops diverse search strategies and supports business development initiatives nationwide.

Experience

Nancy began her career at Robert Half in 2015. Since joining, her strong attention to detail, critical thinking and strong work ethic have proved to be vital ingredients for success.

Prior to Robert Half, Nancy was employed at a startup technology company that provided software to banks in order to analyze lending patterns for compliance regulations. Nancy performed a variety of roles, including sales and product management.

Personal and professional activities

Nancy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College, where she was also a member of the women’s varsity field hockey team. She is a three-time rider in the Pan-Mass Challenge bicycle event, helping her team raise money for cancer research. Nancy’s interests include playing tennis, skiing with her family and walking her two Labrador retrievers.
