Mark Rahe

Mark Rahe is a Senior Managing Director at Robert Half Executive Search and is based in our Denver office. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the search industry and has worked with a wide variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to small, privately held companies.

Mark has conducted searches for a diverse amount of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, construction and real estate investment trusts. His areas of search expertise include CEOs, CFOs, VPs, Directors and other senior management roles. Mark has worked with private equity firms in executing difficult searches nationwide. With a focus on being a solution provider, Mark has proven to be a valuable partner in the search process.

Experience

Mark’s background covers an extensive span of experience, including working in public accounting and with a Fortune 500 corporation, mid-market businesses and small startups. His most recent experience was as CEO of a multifaceted medical practice and CEO of a medical device distributor. He began his professional career with the audit group of a Big 4 CPA firm in Kansas City. From there, he moved on to Emerson Electric Corporation, a multibillion-dollar international manufacturer. For 15 years, Mark owned and managed a search firm with offices in Kansas City and Denver.

Personal and Professional Activities

Mark is involved in a variety of local Denver charities and is a member of the scholarship selection committee for the John Lynch Foundation. He has served on the Board of Directors for an inner-city youth development organization and has coached a variety of youth sports teams for baseball and basketball. He has a degree in accounting from The University of Iowa.
