Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a team in Whitby, Ontario. This Contract position offers an opportunity to work in a non-profit environment, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while adhering to established protocols. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and political awareness, as you will be interacting with a variety of stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond promptly to inbound calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism.</p><p>• Manage email correspondence to ensure timely and accurate communication.</p><p>• Perform data entry tasks with precision and maintain organized records.</p><p>• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients and team members effectively.</p><p>• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist with service-related queries.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare and update documents as required.</p><p>• Process order entries and ensure proper documentation protocols are followed.</p><p>• Maintain a scent-free and hygienic workspace while collaborating with team members.</p><p>• Adhere to organizational policies, including background checks and compliance with established standards.</p><p>• Exhibit political acuity and environmental awareness in all interactions.</p>
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.<br>• At least three years of experience in customer service or related roles.<br>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence.<br>• Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating appointments.<br>• Familiarity with data entry and order processing.<br>• Commitment to maintaining a scent-free and hygienic workspace.
