As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless accounting operations and providing guidance on financial processes. Responsibilities:• Analyze and gain comprehensive knowledge of the company's accounting and reporting systems.• Document and streamline full-cycle accounting procedures to enhance operational efficiency.• Provide training to internal staff on navigating and utilizing financial systems effectively.• Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and maintain accurate financial reporting.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with organizational goals.• Develop and implement process documentation to support accounting functions.• Monitor and evaluate accounting software systems to ensure optimal performance.• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for stakeholders.• Identify areas for improvement within accounting procedures and recommend solutions.• Support the organization in achieving its financial objectives through strategic planning.

• Strong knowledge of accounting software systems and ERP platforms. • Proven experience with full-cycle accounting and financial reporting. • Expertise in process documentation and improvement. • Solid understanding of US GAAP standards and compliance. • Ability to train and mentor staff on financial systems and procedures. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities. • Experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset.
