Responsibilities:• Collaborate with leadership teams to deliver actionable financial insights that support strategic decision-making.• Conduct detailed budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.• Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.• Partner with departments to allocate resources effectively and align financial strategies with organizational goals.• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.• Monitor and assess financial performance against plans, identifying variances and proposing solutions.• Support long-term planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights and scenario analysis.• Develop and refine financial models to aid in evaluating business opportunities and risks.• Ensure compliance with financial policies and standards while maintaining data accuracy.• Assist in optimizing processes and systems to enhance efficiency in financial operations.

• Minimum of seven years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field. • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams. • Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools. • Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and practices. • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline; advanced degree or designation (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an asset.
