• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with 3 years in a leadership role within manufacturing.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; accounting designation required; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.• Proven expertise in inventory management, cost accounting, and capital asset oversight in a manufacturing environment.• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, financial risk mitigation, and working capital strategies.• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.• Strategic mindset with a focus on scaling businesses and driving profitability.• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.• Proven ability to lead and collaborate across different departments to achieve business objectives.
